Batu Apart offered a great location, just a stone's throw away from Munich HB, yet surprisingly quiet. The apartment itself was spacious, with a good working space and a modern bathroom with an excellent shower stall.

I had a fabulous stay at Batu Apart. The room was clean and had all the amenities I needed, including a fridge and coffee machine. The separate shower and toilet were convenient for getting ready in the morning. The location near the main train station was excellent for exploring the city and there were many places to eat nearby. Despite the tram tracks and noise outside, the helpful and friendly staff made my stay very enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a great location, near the main train station and within easy walking distance of Munich city center. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with coffee machines and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is included in the price.
All in all, this hotel was more than satisfactory.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect, with attention to detail in every corner. The hotel facilities were great, including a laundry room with a dryer that actually dried our clothes. The location was super convenient, as it was very close to all attractions and right next to the main train station. We could easily walk to the main tourist attractions in Marionplatz. The staff was excellent, always helpful and accommodating, even fulfilling a couple of special requests.

Best aspects were the helpful staff and convenient location. The receptionist were really good, waiting up late for us to ensure we wouldn't be locked out. The hotel is also perfectly situated near the main train station and within walking distance to the city center. No need for public transportation, we were able to explore everything on foot.
The room layout was a bit awkward, especially the cramped bathroom. The shower temperature was inconsistent, and there was no shelving in the shower.
